Our Vision For Care
What’s behind the logo? The color purple symbolizes peace, wisdom, devotion, pride, and luxury. It’s easy to see why it represents who we are and what we stand for as a hospice agency. We pride ourselves in being devoted to our patients and their loved ones. We are catalysts for peace in the community by providing life-changing services when it matters most. Hospice is a luxury for those that receive it, and a gift for those of us that get to serve. The dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, and self-realization. The change is often referred to as understanding the deeper meaning of life.

Our Hospice Philosophy
Resolutions Hospice embraces patients with any kind of life-limiting illness, regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation or ability to pay. We provide services and programs that can help individuals live complete and rich lives in spite of loss and grief. Hospice care is directed by the patients and family along with the patient’s physician and our medical director. Nurses, social workers, hospice aids, spiritual advisors and trained volunteers work as an expert team to provide compassionate care. The team focuses on providing comfort and pain relief when a cure is not possible. The goal is to help each person live as fully as possible and to help the family and loved ones participate in their loved one’s care.
